Status:
5,695 hours total time since new. The annual is due August 2027 and the IFR inspection August 2028. The logs are complete from factory new, and there is no accident history. Inspection of the logs reveals the aircraft has been faithfully maintained throughout to the highest factory standards. It is hangared.

Engines:
The engines are RAM VI, with 295 hours since overhaul by RAM in May 2021. Both engines had the following: Exhaust systems and wastegates overhauled. At the installation of the engines, new Y-band clamps, tail pipes, fuel and oil hoses and vacuum pumps were installed.

Props:
10 hours since overhaul and balance. The syncrophaser was overhauled.

Avionics:
Garmin GFC-600 autopilot, Garmin G600 TXi Touchscreen Flight Navigator, Garmin G-5 EFIS HSI, Garmin GTX-345 transponder, Garmin GNC-255 Nav/Com, Primus 200 radar.

Equipment & Features:
All new fuel bladders, Flight into Known Icing option, 203 gallon total fuel capacity, VG’s, speed brakes, Rozen Visors, Electroluminescent Panel Lighting, Propeller Syncrophaser, Air Conditioning, Shaden Fuel Flow, Insight G4 Graphic Engine Monitor, recent intensive annual inspection.

Exterior:
Overall Matterhorn White with Dark Navy and Sky Blue trim and an accent stripe in Autumn Brown. The paint is in fair condition, with a good shine and the usual chips that come with regular flying.

Interior:
Done in Ivory and Saddle leather with a tan carpet, the interior shows well and reflects careful use. The panel was beautifully done with the recent avionics upgrade and gives the air of an aircraft manufactured recently. The sixth seat by the door is removed for easier access and is included.

Comments:
This is the 340 that Cessna should have built. Its pedigree and equipment place this aircraft at the very pinnacle of the available airplanes. Call me now to discuss this airplane.
