On November 10th, Split Rock
Lighthouse will hold its annual memorial for the 29 lives lost
during the SS Edmund Fitzgeralds sinking in 1975. For
those who cannot attend the ceremony in person, an online
livestream will bring the event to the public throughout
Minnesota and beyond. It will feature multiple camera angles
including live drone footage (weather permitting), giving
viewers an up-close look at the iconic lighthouse, historic
site, and Lake Superior. At 4:15 pm, the names of
the Edmund Fitzgeralds crew will be read to the tolling of
a ships bell with a rendition of the navy hymn. The beacon
lighting will take place immediately following the ceremony. Nestled
on the rugged shores of Lake Superior in Minnesota, Split Rock
Lighthouse stands as a beacon of hope for sailors and visitors
alike. This historic marvel, constructed in 1910, has been
guiding ships safely through the treacherous waters of Lake
Superior for over a century. Visitors can explore the
lighthouse, keeper's quarters, and museum to learn about the
history and significance of this iconic landmark. The scenic
beauty of this location makes it a favorite spot for
photographers and nature lovers, offering stunning views of the
lake and surrounding wilderness. Split Rock Lighthouse is a
must-visit destination for anyone looking to experience
Minnesota's North Shore's rich history and natural beauty.
From the 1991 movie "JFK": District
Attorney Jim Garrison meets "Mr. X".
On November 22, 1963, president John F. Kennedy is

the crime and subsequently shot by Jack Ruby, supposedly

that Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby acted alone in their
respective crimes, but Louisiana district attorney Jim
Garrison is skeptical. Assembling a trusted group of people,
Garrison conducts his own investigation, bringing about
backlash from powerful government and political figures.
"IF
I WERE THE DEVIL"
In 1965, commentator Paul Harvey delivered If I Were
the Devil on his daily radio show. It is amazing how
accurately he prophesied the future condition of the United
States. Many of his statements were considered outlandish in
1965, but today, most clear-thinking people see how good
Harvey's vision was.

The Attempted Assassination
of President Truman, 1950.
There is a long history of plots
against the life of the US Chief executive. One of the most
Brazen seems little remembered today, and, in fact, was
quickly lost in the news cycle even when it occurred due to
events elsewhere in the world. But the violent attempt on
President Harry Trumans life in 1950 deserves to be
remembered.

conspiracy theory, the deep state is a clandestine network
of members of the federal government, working in conjunction
with high-level financial and industrial entities and
leaders, to exercise power alongside or within the elected
United States government. Is that true? Could be.

Security on El Al - The Airline of Israel
Theyre the worlds most targeted airline, and
they have a perfect safety record. All passengers are
interviewed and vetted, no other airline has this kind of
security, and the only airline to have anti-missile
counter-measures on their airplanes. A comment from a
viewer of this video: In 1973 I was getting on a plane
at Lod airport. The security guy looked at my passport and says
"I see you visit mostly Eastern European countries. Why is
that?" I said I'm studying Slavic languages, particularly
Russian literature." The guy, who was my age, switches to
Russian and as he's going thru my baggage says "Why don't
you tell me a little about the character development of Parfen
Rogozhin in Dostoevky's The Idiot." Surprised, I started
doing my usual "I'm not prepared for this" analysis of
the character development. He finished my luggage and says "OK,
you can get on the plane but I suggest you read your Dostoevsky
a little more carefully."

B-52
Fire at Grand Forks Air Force Base
The
Burning B-52 Nearly Caused A Nuclear Catastrophe Worse
than Chernobyl
As many as 70,000 people living within 20 miles of
Grand Forks could have been exposed to high doses of
radiation. With the rate of decay of the plutonium from the
nuclear weapons on the B-52s, affected areas would have seen
elevated levels of radiation for tens of thousands of years
and an extensive clean-up and disposal effort would have
been required to make them habitable again.
